sept 99 woke up with dbl vision, over the next 3 months progressed to generalised mg level 3 . put on mestinon ,usless, 6 months latter crises in hospital , ivig started prednisone at 75 mg /eod. over the next few months seveal more ivig breathing still labored , 2002 ,neuro refered me to a better neuro in Vancouver ,hospitalised ,3 days of plasma pherisis and put on cyclosporine and another ivig after which I felt so normal I could have swam back to Victoria . been fairly stablised since then. Looking back the signs of mg had begun in 1990.
