The beginning of the end...

In July of 2012 after being misdiagnosed for a bad gallbladder I was finally waking up from the surgery that had been delayed four days as my Gallbladder had turned septic. The surgery was a long one and when I woke I knew right away that there was something wrong with my head as I was in pain. The nursing staff brushed it off as a caffeine headache but I told them that I wasn’t a caffeine drinker. It wasn’t until several Drs. And months later( Oct) that I was diagnosed with O.N. from improper positioning while I was on the operating table. I looked into the stimulator but was denied by my insurance and that is fine as we are 4 hrs plus from the hospital that would have to deal with any issues. So I suffer the most from the changes from the barometric pressure. Light and mostly sound. I have gone through three sets of Bose noise canceling headphones so far and at $300 each that’s pricy but a much needed tool for me. I would give anything to have my old life back. To wake one day and have it be gone... Just like it came... until then I can only live one day at a time... I would not wish this illness on anyone...
