My son was diagnosed with a bone disease at age 7, he is now 12. First diagnosis was fibrous dysplasia but after further testing and surgery on hip, biopsy confirmed Ollier's. He has multiple places involved but left hip/leg is what affects him the most. We are in the state of Missouri, he is followed by a sarcoma specialist, pediatric orthopedic, and yearly by Shriner's hospital research team.
