Not that I have found. The body needs vitamins period so a healthy diet is a good start.

One natural remedy that we use for pain relief is Formula 303. It is an all-natural muscle relaxer which helps with our bone pain. We purchase these through EarthTurns in the 250 count bottles (most cost effective).

Vitamin D is supposed to help and the body makes that by exposing your skin to sunlight. Other than that I don't know of any natural treatments
