Individuals with OsteoPETrosis can work but will need to realize that hard, physical labor may not work well. Work from home positions may work well for those with OsteoPETrosis. Many times, those with this disease find it hard to 'hold' a job due to the large number of absences that may occur due to fractures, surgeries, doctor's appointments and their high level of pain.

Most definitely! There is nothing affected in the mind. Most, if not all, Osteopetrosis patients are brilliant minded people. I would suggest a light work load without any heavy lifting. I would hope 60+% work in any vocation.

Depends on the exact person, my daughter and I both suffer from this disease hers is a much milder form. Whereas mine is a more intense form. She is a competitive gymnast whereas myself I could not do that.
