It really depends on the person if its easy or difficult to find a partner or be in a relationship. Having Panhypopituitarism does make being in a relationship different than it otherwise would be, though, due to the low sex drive and possible infertility etc., but I know of multiple Panhypopituitarism patients who have had children and gotten married, so It isn't a problem for everybody. I think it really just depends on how severely one is impacted by their Panhypopituitarism and if they can find a partner who is able to look past the illness and see the person for who they really are. In my experience, being in a relationship isn't about lust when you have Panhypopituitarism, as you and your partner really have to truly love one another, and not just be sexually attracted. It actually is a healthier relationship that way, regardless. You just have to find the right person for you like everybody else and try to not let your Panhypopituitarism totally get in the way of possible relationships.
