Health crisis

I was 14 when I was diagnosed with this 'gift'. It was the morning after my freshman dance in high school! I woke up in extreme abdominal pain. The day went on and it got worse. I ended up in the local ER. They saw it was an obstruction. They calmed it down medicinally, but said that I'd be back. Yep, 2 months later I was worse. I was referred to New York Hospital/Cornell Medical. I had an emergency surgery. I have had elective surgery since then. I do feel great. I always did between surgeries.   I have 2 boys. It has been over 8 years. I want to believe that these health situations related to PJ go away. That there are cylinders that just stop firing and we end up on the same playing field as every one else.
