Hell has a name. It's PMDD. Looking back I realise I've had it since my teens, but I didn't know about PMDD until my husband started to help me with tracking my mood swings and changed peronality. It was all due to my period. Now on Sertraline since August 2016 and life has somewhat returned to what I recon is more normal.
