Year Condition Began: 2012


A few problems in 2012 - dizzy and a feeling that something wasn't right. 2013 - few more problems. 2014 - coughing and lack of balance, shuffling walk. 2015 - vision problems, started using a walker, falling, nothing interested him, towards end of 2015 - sleeping problems, brain bleeds from falling. 2016 - hired caregiver for night - not sleeping, mental problems, dementia - passed away in March 2016.
