problems with reading

hello to anyone who reads this. i am ilija i have retinopathy of prematurity the retina on my left eye is ditached i can't see anything on that side. my right eye is functonal but not perfect the retina on that one is slightly detached witch means i have problems with reading and seeing from far away. i can't books the font is too small and even wen i get ebooks and zoom in it's still a strugle. i can only read 4 or so page in one houre wich is very ieficiant and i get tierd rather quickly sp o can't read more then that. education has been going alright but i'll be going in to college in a year and i'll need to be abel to read big books. si far i'v been using a text to speach program but it\s been clunky and very hard to use and i cand finde audible textbooks (there isen't mutch option for audiobooks in the first place} i don't know what to do are there any better ways of transfering text to speach? are there any better programs that can read better then natural reader dose (that's what i'm using) are there any peaces of thech beeing developed to help with this? if you have this desease how do you read? how do you learn? what methods do you use? do you use text to speech too? thanks in advance.
