Nirava's interview

How did all start?

It started with neck pain. A MNR detected mastoiditis. A TC scan detected the ctoma.

Do you already have a diagnosis? How long did it take you to get it?

Not long. 5 to 6 months.

For what medical specialties have you been treated? What has been the most useful specialty for your?

Nothing yet. Waiting for surgery.

What has been the most useful thing for you so far?

I have not been treated yet.

What have been your biggest difficulties?

I had none.

How has your social and family environment reacted? Have your social or family relationships changed?

No changes, luckily.

What things have you stopped doing?

Nothing yet. But Doc told me I cannot scuba dive anymore.

What do you think about the future?

I'm afraid that ctoma can come back after surgery.

So far, which years have been the best years in your life? What have you done during them?

30-40 - lived a full life with no illness.

What would you like to do if you didn’t have your condition?

I hope nothing will change.

If you had to describe your life in a sentence, what would it be?

Hard life.

Finally, what advice would you give to a person in a similar situation?

To seek medical assistance immediately.
