How did all start?
In October of 2015 my left ankle that I had previously fractured started to hurt like it was broke again and I went to the hospital and they said I had arthritis in it and by xmas I could not walk at all. I was crawling on my hands and knees and the muscles in my legs felt like they were twisted like a rag. From there the rest of my body started to ache and muscles twisted and I was in the hospital getting shots to relieve the pain of which that didnt help or last long to say and from there it was just one thing after another.
Do you already have a diagnosis? How long did it take you to get it?

What has been the most useful thing for you so far?
A good organic and anti inflammatory diet is the best thing.
What have been your biggest difficulties?
Everyday life is and work.
How has your social and family environment reacted? Have your social or family relationships changed?
I have no social life anymore cause I never know when it will hit me. I cant even walk the dogs anymore.
What things have you stopped doing?
I don't do anything anymore or if I do its got to be really short like a few things at the store.
What do you think about the future?
Looks dim and won't live long.
So far, which years have been the best years in your life? What have you done during them?
My best were before I ever had the RA.
What would you like to do if you didn’t have your condition?
I miss walking on the treadmill and DANCING!
If you had to describe your life in a sentence, what would it be?
I feel like I have no life and that I am just wasting away.
Finally, what advice would you give to a person in a similar situation?
Make sure you follow a strict diet and exercise to keep the joints moving. Make sure you do not over do things, even the most simple of them.
