I was diagnosed in 2000 became sick in 1998. Doctors in my area just told me I needed to be admitted to the psychiatric unit. Was told I had a brain tumor I did not have a brain tumor. I had sarcoidosis. It has attacked my lungs, skin, pancreas, kidneys, and eyes. I was told it that would last about six months here I am 17 years later and I still have sarcoidosis. I have to drive 3 hours one way to be treated. I see dr. Karen Wolfe at IU Med Center in Indianapolis. I think God everyday that I can still work.
