My Sarcoidosis started with swollen feet, a rash on the front of my legs and shortness of breath. The first episode lasted about eight weeks.

Some seven years later I had a very bad flare and was in hospital for about five weeks.

Since then it has spread to my bones, lymph glands and this year to Nuerosarcoidosis and Pachymellingitis. (2017)
