my 15 yr old son has been diagnosed with SD about a month ago. I'd never heard of this and his doctor the one time we seen him didn't seem real concerned. He's in chronic pain 80% of the time unless he says stationary on couch. Poor kid went from a happy active boy to being scared to due anything because of pain
