Tinnitus after ear operation

Error
In June 2015 I was as a passenger in a car accident. The driver from Crown Ford caused the accident by not waiting before crossing the street while his view was blocked with a larg truck.
I suffered from perilymph fistula and after an ear operation I now suffer from Hyperacusis and Tinnitus, besides a long list of other symptoms caused by the car accident.
