Continuous High Pitched sound in my both ears

I am 43 years old male living in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. I have high pitched sound in my both ears, perticularly in left ear. I have this problem from 10 years and went to many ENT specialist but not cured. Currently i am using SERC-16 & Methycobal as advised by doctor. I am using this medicine from last two months but feel no relief. Doctor say, you have to live with this but it is very difficult. Plz advise something for the cure.

SERC-16 is a hydrochloride, methylcobalamin is a cobalt compound. Both inhibit aldehyde (fusel alcohol) Detoxification whose sequence tinnitus (and other lint-alcoholic disease symptoms). This means that SERC-16 and methylcobalamin can be causes rather.
My suggestion is:
1. Analysis of the enzymatic activity of aldehyde metabolism
2. Investigation on (chronic) heavy metal poisoning (with DMSA, as tolerated!)
Possible treatment if positive: Causes avoid - at least pesticides, hydrochlorides, cobalt, ionizing radiation, mercury, titanium dioxide, rubber latex and nitrile products (they contain Causal disulfiram or dithiocarbamates).
Only organic food! No sugar, no alcohol, no flour products (except rice or corn), no fragrances, no mobile phone (induced Malondi aldehyde!).
Depending on the findings: Detoxify as so:
1x week activated carbon powder (10g in water = 1 dose)
1x month 3-5mg / kg body weight DMSA
Dithiothreitol (DTT), if tolerated dose possible (Activated defective enzymes also the aldehyde metabolism)
Erythritol (similar meso compound such as DTT) as a sugar substitute. It acts similarly to DTT.
