Dereon's Fight

Dereon is 8 yrs.old.She was stricken almost 6 yrs.ago.Contracted a virus from a mosquito bite. She is paralyzed from her shoulders down. She is a very bright, happy(usually! ) little 2nd.grader. She drives her pink power chair like an Indy 500 driver!  I'm Gramma Diane, My daughter Deidra is Deri's dedicated loving Mom! Deidra knows all about caring for Dereons medical needs, and Dereon is Also very aware and Knowledgable of her care needs. Along with 2 sisters and 1 brother, there are many cousins Aunts n Uncle who are Always together. Deidra makes sure Dereon is involved in Everything, along with the other children! We recently moved to be closer to the Children's Hosp. It is much better now.There was always an hour drive before. Our TM Blue Crew fb site has been Awesome! So much to learn and Share, definately a "Lean on Me" Group of friends!
