the day my life went upside down

 My story started 5 years ago (Aug. 15,2012)  was happy, healthy,, working a full time job and doing side business at home,,

Then,, one day at work I started getting the oddest, most uncomfortable feeling in my legs.... thought it was "just a pinched nerve"

 Got home from work and went right to bed,,,, by 7PM,, I knew something was wrong because I couldn't really move my legs at all... but,, once again-- brushed it off and figured I'd just "sleep it off".

Then I tried to get out of bed for work in the morning,, and went right to the floor.. 911,,, fire rescue,,ambulance and paramedics,,, that started an avalanche of many weeks in the hospital,, more tests and treatments than I can remember,,PT/OT, and a LONG, Slow road to where I'm at today.

  Transverse Myelitis took my movement form chest down,,, but after 5 years now,, I have regained movement in all but ankles/feet/toes.  I can walk some,, But,, more importantly,, I get out and do Everything I loved to do,,, and am trying all sorts of new things...

I have to find different ways to do them,, but,, I keep on going/pushing/trying!!
