I was diagnosed in 2010 with TN. I had a spinal Tap done to check for MS which is the leading cause of TN in people my age. I was told I didn't have MS. So many things were happening to my body that I informed my doctors of but was ignored by my Neurologist. (Thank God for my internist). I never failed to report my issues to them. Finally he came across my Spinal Tap from 2010 (this is my 4th neurologist and it is 2015) And said it was abnormal and diagnosed me with MS. Don't let them tell you it's psychological!! You know your own body!!
