Hi I'm Mark, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis when is was 16 years old (2008). I was showing symptoms since I was 15 years old, but after having countless trips to the doctors and countless amounts bloods taken I was finally diagnosed. But even knowing now what I had it was still about 18 months before I got back to being 100% healthy. But from October 2009 I've started on an infusion of infleximab. Since I started this treatment I've never looked back and I've restored my life to where it was before I was diagnosed. :)
