I've had it all my life

yes, I was diagnosed 2 years ago at the age of 31

seeing at night, daily headaches, migraine, insomnia, anxiety

driving at night, being outside for a long time when it's sunny

I dont know what to expect

So far, which years have been the best years in your life? What have you done during them?

teenage year, I had less anxiety and better social life

be outdoors more, take long road trips

complicated
