I've had vs my entire like and have all the symptoms thought to be associated it can be too much and stressful but as a lifer I've managed to ignore it when I'm busy . Only notice how wrong everything is when I'm not doing much . The key is distracting yourself . Vs can also be very beautiful so try look at it in a new light rather than getting sad and angry over something u cannot control :)
