There isn't any one treatment for EDS so the question is a bit flawed. And "natural" is a vague PR term. That said, I think you're looking for non pharmaceutical treatments. And yes, those are actually the best. I suggest you look into Pilates, physical therapy, and Rolfing. Save your money on creams and lotions and potions and pills.
