TTC with Adenomyosis

I was diagnosed lady year with adeno and am still waiting for the MRI to see my condition. We have been ttc for a year with no success. I am a lucky one with regular periods that last 4 days but the pain is unbearable. I am usually paralysed for hours after intercourse and during both ovulation and periods. I am just starting to get the leg and back pain and am getting more and more exhausted every day.
