Sou médica e infelizmente tive o desprazer de acompanhar o desenvolvimento de uma esclerose lateral amiotrófica de inicio bulbar em minha mãe, com início em março/2015. Em pouco mais de 1 ano de doença vi não só a vida de minha mãe desabar, mas a da família inteira. Ela foi abandonada pelo meu pai e meus irmãos vivem com ela hoje no estado do Paraná. Ainda sobrevive sem gastrostomia e sem bipap.
