How did all start?

I woke up one morning and couldn't move

Yes, it took well over a year to be diagnosed with it

I have not found anything that helps honestly

When I have an episode do as little as possible

walking, running, standing up, wanting up steps

no, they are all supportive

What things have you stopped doing?

cheering, softball

I don't know what to think about it

What would you like to do if you didn’t have your condition?

play college softball and cheer for the great white sharks
