A Antiphospholipid / Hughes Syndrome story

May 18, 2017

Had a stroke back in 1997. Had the diagnose in 2003.

Thinking back my symptoms started back in the 1980's. Numb left foot causing problems walking or standing for longer periods.

It turned out that I had a large cloth in the artery to the leg. Had it fixed with a stent in 2004.

Since 2005 I have been troubled by pain in and around my heart. It turned out that I have problems with the smaller vessels around my heart, can only be cured with drugs, that unfortunaly only works 60-80%, so I'm often troubled by chestpain.

Since 2005 I have also had a lack of breath, even short walks, stairs or garden work can cause me to have longer breaks.

The docters have had no explanation for this till now.

In 2016 I was cleared for having Lupus....
