Living with APS

I was diagnosed in 2003 after having a partial occlusion in my left eye. I had been having loss of balance and vision abnormalities for eight months previously. My original diagnoses were MS My MRI showed dozens of tiny lesions and I was put on Coumadin. But not at a therapeutic dose. I had to fight to be allowed to run a higher Inr. I suffered irreversible damage during that time.

It is shameful how few doctors really understand this disorder.
