Brief Medical History

Hi.  This is my story in a nutshell.

I was born in '64.  Uneventful childhood medically, except I had blood in my urine, asthma and allergies. Had hip replacement and in 2006.  Kidneys competely failed in 2007 due to IgA Nephrophy and I started peritoneal dialysis.  I was fortunate enough to have a live donor kidney transplant also in 2007.  Had emergency Aortic Dissection repair with artificial valve replacement in 2011 due to Loeys Deitz Syndrome.  Lucky to be alive after that.  Had planned Thorasic Aneurysm repair in 2013.  Other ailments including COPD, Extreme shortness of breath, Sleep Apnea, and numerous comparitively minor ailments.  Continue to battle depression, fatigue and memory/concentration issues to this day but am trying to take things one day at a time.
