I was diagnosed with Chiari in september of 2008 after years of neck shoulderpain, headache, poor balance, sleep deprivation, mixed sleep apnea, ringing in ears, arm and leg pain....I had surgery in november 2008, mixed results, sleep is still terrible, neck and shoulder pain daily...I just try and stay positive and laugh at myself ...its better then crying !
