My name is kate Bergland Mælandsmo, i am from norway( TELEMARK)
I have a son who is diagnosed whit bechets. He is 7 years old. Symtoms started last April,whit open sores in the mout,and blisters on the body he was bleeding in the stomach,intestines and urinary.He was so sick and weak that he was admitted to the hospital and got placed probe,they tried lots of medication but nothing worked.there were no doktors who had seen what he had or know to treat him.only acting and dampen symptoms are prednisolone.he has tried many different medications.
He was hospitalized for several months and they managed to curb symtoms finally and now a year later with lots of hospital visits ,ups and downs, he is at school and in fine form.some pain in joints likes knees,ankles and feet.He is currently on azathioprine,colchicine,prenisolone,vitamins and div.
