How did all start?
When I was a teenager

Yes. Took me 6 years to get a diagnosis.

Bipolar, Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, Borderline Personality Disorder, ADHD, mood disorder

I've interacted less due to social anxiety and lack of motivation

Whatever you do there's hope, there's a tomorrow. A new beginning. Remember even on your darkest days you're not alone. Please reach out. Speak up. Let's end this sigma once and for all!
