Error
Have had a really hard time the past 10 years with pain, brain fog, swelling painful joints, thyroid issues,unexplained rashes, digestion issues, removal of gallbladder years ago, finally diagnosed last year after blood work and endoscopy. Never realized how much life revolves around food. Feel so alone and left out. Non gluten free household. A lot of times I don't eat or just eat frozen dinners. Feel isolated.
