Hi,

I have CSID, I have had it my whole life. I'm in my mid-twenties now.
Its a pain in the butt..but it could be worse.
Some days I am the best role model for managing life with a sucrose intolerance, other days I eat things I know I shouldn't because my 'will power' fails. Some days I eat things I think are 'safe' only to discover they are not, everyday is a learning day.

I hope by joining this site I am able to share what I have learnt in the hope it might be useful to someone. I also hope you might share what you have learnt with me- my tummy might appreciate it.

P.s. I love food.

Hi, I was diagnosed with csid and lactose intolerance just two months ago so I really don't have advice to give as I am still struggling to find out what will work for me. Unfortunately, for me, Sucraid did not help me and I have modified my diet to not include sugar or dairy products. Still no results. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
