Year Condition Began: 2015

December 13, 2015, changed my life forever, after a workplace accident. Diagnosed in August 2016 but physiotherapists suspected CRPS in May 2016. Pain levels are reduced and ROM is good as a result of daily physiotherapy, diet, mindfulness and exercise. Experiencing spread but feel I have the support of pain management team to get through this. I take no medications.
Fighting the effects of CRPS means understanding how the disease progresses and to meet it head on.
