My condition started many years ago (don’t remember when), I used to get super anxious whenever I had a spot on my face and I would pick it until it bled, after the scab was formed, I would pick it too.
After many years, I’ve started picking on other parts of my body like my arms and my chest.
Right now my legs look the worse they’ve ever looked
