My daughter Avery was born with only 10% of her blood due to a placental abruption. They put her in a cooling bed to stop the brain damage and that is when a rash appeared on her body. They took a biopsy and sure enough she tested positive for IP. She was born in the Bay Area. cA. Now we live in WA.
