Has anyone else with this condition lost the ability to smell?  I can only smell really really strong smells.

Not sure if it's the IH or allergies but I so know others notice smells long before I do.

I would think, it could be possible, since IH pushes on so much. Your ofaltctery nerve is large. It sits under your skull, above your nose. I would ask your Neuro about it. Your pressure may bee too high.

I'm sure it can influence your smelling - my daughter's ability to smell got way stronger when the pressure was higher, made her nautious very often. So I'm thinking the other way around is entirely possible. I agree with Suzanne - ask your neurologist and don't wait.
