Sep 28, 2017

By: Shirley

Year Condition Began: 1963

As a Jr in high school I woke up one morning and was horribly sick - pain, loss of voice - the whole ball of wax. I missed my entire Jr year and no one knew what it was. I was just diagnosed about 6 or 7 yrs ago. I have suffered for 55 yrs with it with no one knowing what it was or what to do.

It is still a struggle to try to keep it under control - one day at a time. Stills (now known as Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis, Systemic Onset is a combination of 5 diseases including RA, Osteo, Fribro and more.

Working on getting better each day.
