After a childhood of complaining about headaches, numbness, shoulder and neck pain, it was discovered at age 12 that I have KFS. I have spent all (up until very recently) of my adult life going from doctor to doctor, failure after failure. Trying to find a doctor who would take me seriously, not just brush me off to pain management after telling me that they can't help me. Recently I found an amazing doctor who not only has heard of KFS, but is experienced with it too. Though just starting out with this doctor, I have never left an appointment so positively optimistic!
