I am 36 have had 14 spinal injections 8 nerves fried 20 to 30 trigger point injections and 3 spinal surgeries, spent a year on non radioactive chemo drug infusions, had partial kidney failure, a hysterectomy with bowel and bladder surgery and hernia surgery, I have issues with my bowels as well as degenerative disc and joint disease I also suffer from narcolepsy with cataplexy, I hurt every single day and it's very hard to move around or function meds have not helped and even one day of missed sleep causes my body to not work or give out I have always been tired with little to no energy I do smoke marijuana although illegal because sometimes nothing else works to help me sleep and my adderall doesn't keep me awake as I have become more and more Immune to it I have tried nuvigil , xyrem, dexidrine, adderall, baclofen ,nucynta and many more nothing seems to help except laying on my side and continuing to sleep, my body is always so weak even using my arms or legs they feel weak or give out even after sleep I need help and can't find it, I used to think I was only tired  till being diagnosed, I often don't know how to cope people assume I'm lazy or a slob but in reality I just hurt so bad everyday and the only comfort I find is in laying down playing dead n just holding still, I even get arthritis of my eye balls "episcleritis" often times I start to feel useless, hopeless, and that sometimes I just wish I would never awaken but don't get me wrong I'm not suicidal I just get tired of being tired and tired of hurting anyone else that can relate???
