How did all start?
It has only been recently and after hours of research did I realize that I suffered from PMDD. It was after the second time I was placed on a mental hold that I realized both times occurred when I was ovulating. After that, a light came on and I realized that I had actually suffered from PMDD for years, I just always thought I was crazy.
Do you already have a diagnosis? How long did it take you to get it?
I do have a diagnosis, I went to my doctors with timelines and convinced them that I had this illness, further studies proved that I did.
