_I am 41yo and looking back, I can see I have suffered with PMDD for 2 decades. I have PCOS as well, so with irregular cycles it was hard to see the pattern. In the past few years I have maintained a health diet and my cycle has become more predictable and the pattern has become obvious. Seeking support from others._
