I'm Sophie I'm 24 mum to 1 little boy. I've been diagnosed for about 2 months now. It's not been an easy ride getting to where I am now as I also have other health conditions that make me very ill but life is way you make it illnesses cannot and will not rule my life I am me and I have illnesses I am not the illnesses :)
