I was diagnosed 12 years ago at 58. I think I had this disease for a long time but was never diagnosed properly. It started out with sore tongue, weakness, tooth decay, rashes until an infectious disease doctor ran a series of blood work. I have many ups & downs but try to live a normal life. Unfortunately my daughter has been diagnosed with it also along with possible lupus.
