Correcting some vitamin deficiencies improved my general energy tremendously. I highly recommend making sure your Ferritin levels are above 80, taking Vitamin C, and checking Vitamin D levels. These things improved my functionality about 30%.
Eliminated risky exposures EVEN IF I DIDN'T REACT to them, to reduce burden on my body. Also reduce overexposure to anything (don't use same soap all the time, wear same fabric, or eat same foods) to prevent developing new sensitivities.
