I eat most anything--still able to cook and nuke. Have found some foods like popcorn and peanuts are difficult. Spaghetti is hard to eat--fortunately there are other forms of pasta. Anything that makes a mess when it spills, especially frozen peas and rice. Not to mention it's difficult to clean up!
Take care,
Kathy
I eat what I want but I watch my weight and do a lot of exercise. Itry to keep my weight around 250lbs. I'm 6' 6" and that
weight works best. I try to eat a lot of natural meat like venison, squirrel, rabbit, etc. Mans processed foiod do not do well
in my system. That is why I garden and put up cannesd vegitables from my garden. Since I Am unable to walk now without
falling I'm wheelchair bound. I'm beginning to havde trouble with swallowing so I eat smaller bites and drink a lot of sweet tea.
I take meds for my spinal pain, and still drink 3 glasses lf wine each night. That and the Gabapentin tghat I take 4 times a day
(2 pills each time) get me tnhrought a day just fine. Take it one day at a time and be glad every day you wake up.
