I have been suffering from hormonal depression and panic attacks for a long, long time. I was only when I found out abut PMDD that everything started to make sense.
I am now on treatment under Dr Panay in London.
I run the UK PMDD Support group on Facebook and have gained lots of knowledge after starting off as a member about 3 years ago.
