Just recently been diagnosed after so many years not knowing what was wrong with me had several bowel obstructions the first few were able to correct with gastric tube only last year had a small bowel obstruction and had to get sugery. With multi able loops and 10cms was removed because it was dead. CT scans and other tests finally shown I had smas. Will be getting a endoscopy to see further how bad it is and also what they will do when I have surgery.
All I am able to eat is baby food or tiny amounts of soup
